These terms apply when you use Eleventake Hub (app.eleventake.com) and the games connected to it. Eleventake Hub is run by Eleventake Studio. By creating an account or using the hub you agree to them. Questions go to Support.
1. Who can use the hub
You must be at least 18 and allowed by the laws where you live to use a service with real-money balances. One account per person.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google, a Solana wallet or a passkey. Keep your sign-in methods safe: whoever controls them controls the account. We may lock an account that breaks these terms or that we must lock by law.
3. Balance
- Your balance is kept in US dollars. Deposits and withdrawals happen in SOL (USDC deposits are converted to SOL first), at the SOL price of the moment.
- A deposit counts once Solana has finalised it. Transactions on Solana are final and cannot be undone by us.
- A withdrawal pays SOL to the address you give, minus the network fee the treasury charges, which the withdrawal form shows before you confirm. Limits, minimums, a wait for a new address and checks by the team may apply; the team may also pause withdrawals or deposits for everyone or open them to some players only.
4. Items, games and the market
- Games give you items, which you can keep, trade with other players or sell on the market. An item's look and details come from its game.
- On a market sale the buyer pays the listed price and the seller receives it minus the 5 % market fee.
- In-game purchases are paid from your balance and are final once the game has given you what you bought, unless the game refunds them.
- Prices are set by players. We do not promise that an item keeps or gains value.
5. Affiliate program
- Your invite link is on the Affiliate page. A player who signs up through it, or adds your code within 7 days of creating their account, is yours for good. Each player can have one referrer, and nobody can refer themselves.
- You get 10 % of the platform fees your invited players pay, credited to your balance at once, for as long as both accounts exist. They get 10 % of each platform fee back. Platform fees are the market fee when they sell and $0.50 of each in-game purchase. When a game refunds a purchase, the same share is taken back.
- Bonuses for special events are given by the team and shown on the Affiliate page.
- Fake accounts, inviting yourself or other abuse lose the rewards they produced, and the accounts involved may be locked. We may change the rates for fees paid after the change; credits already given stay.
6. What you must not do
- Cheat, exploit bugs, automate play or trading, or attack the hub, the games or other players.
- Scam other players, impersonate the team, or post illegal, hateful or abusive content.
- Use the hub to launder money or to get around sanctions or the law where you live.
7. Risks
SOL and the $ELEVEN token change price. Blockchains, wallets and online services can fail. Only deposit what you can afford to lose. Nothing on the hub is financial advice.
8. The $ELEVEN token
$ELEVEN is a token on Solana. Holding it gives no share in Eleventake Studio, no right to profits and no claim against us. Its details and burns are on the Tokenomics page.
9. Intellectual property
The hub, the games, their names, art and code belong to Eleventake Studio or its licensors. Your account does not give you any rights in them.
10. Availability and changes
We may change, pause or end features, games or these terms. A change of these terms applies from the date at the top; if you keep using the hub after it, you accept it.
11. Liability
The hub is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or losses caused by the blockchain, your wallet or your sign-in methods, and our liability is limited to the balance of your account.
